Melika Zakaria
Melika has worked in digital entertainment since 2009. She founded and ran one of Sweden’s largest hip-hop blogs, building a platform around music, culture and online communities.
Her background spans DJing, livestreaming, gaming, creator projects and event production. She has also published a book. Today, she brings this broad experience into Royal Agency, supporting creators with both practical guidance and a deep understanding of digital audiences.
Before starting Royal Agency in 2026, she worked as a TikTok LIVE Specialist at Splay One, focusing on creator management, LIVE performance and creator development.
She founded Royal Agency to bring together her experience behind and in front of the camera — creating a place where creators can access practical knowledge, honest guidance and a supportive community.
Sarsari
Sarsari works alongside Melika to run and develop Royal Agency. He specializes in TikTok performance analysis, identifying what resonates with audiences and translating insights into practical strategies.
With strong experience in TikTok content, LIVE formats and community building, he helps creators understand what works, strengthen engagement and build lasting relationships with their audiences.
